External Spiral Retaining Ring, Electrolytic Zinc Basecoat + Topcoats (Climacoat, Climaseal, etc.)
External Spiral Retaining Rings are made from coiled flat wire and are installed into an external machined groove on a shaft. They do not require special tools for installation, and do not have "ears" to interfere with the retained assembly.
